It works as expected, it has a zipper and provides protection from dust, dust mites, and bed bugs. It fits my memory foam mattress and doesn't affect the softness of the mattress. I only wish that the flap they put at the end of the zipper would be Velcro rather than just fabric tape with glue, which is almost useless since it will lose adhesiveness and become useless after a couple nights of sleep, might as well not put anything there. That's my only complaint, otherwise a good product.

I unfortunately brought bed bugs into my home from work. I had to purchase a new mattress and wanted to protect my investment. I feel 100% protected with my purchase of the encasement. Thankful that I have the peace of mind of dealing with a company that specializes in this type of protection.

Definitely grateful to have it. I just bought my mattress new which was not cheap at all and I had a feeling bed bugs were going to make a return and they did and now I'm just glad that my fight with them is in the upper bedding and not my mattress.

The Bed Bug Proof Zippered Mattress Encasement arrived quickly and was a perfect fit for the mattress I had with it being easy to slide on. So far it has done an excellent job at protecting the mattress from bugs with the seal that you place on top of the zipper having a stronger than expected adhesive ensuring no bugs get in. It was also more silent than the original plastic mattress encasement I had without sacrificing comfort. So if you're looking for a zippered mattress encasement to preserve and prolong the life of your mattress I would recommend giving this one a try.

I don’t know why anyone would purchase a new mattress of any kind without immediately protecting it with one of these excellent covers. It keeps out dust mites and, reportedly, other pests, keeps food spills from contaminating the mattress, keeps it smelling fresh, and keeps your sleeping area sanitary. Some people have even reported covering an older mattress with one of these to prevent bad pests and dust mites from escaping, but I say, put one on your brand new mattress and keep it clean and fresh right from the start. A small investment to keep your sleeping space clean and sanitary. Protect your investment.
