Wholesale orders ship by the case. Standard case pack is 6 units across the encasement, pad, and bedspread lines, with higher counts on pillow protectors and storage.

What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
Wholesale orders are placed by the case rather than by the unit. Standard case pack is 6 units on the encasement, box spring cover, mattress pad, and sofa sleeper lines, and 24 units on pillow protectors. There is no fixed dollar minimum. Volume pricing tiers begin at the case level and improve with quantity, so tell us your total bed count and we will quote the tier you land in.
How do I get a bulk quote, and how fast will I hear back?
Use the commercial request form, email orders@bargoosebedding.com, or call (516) 255-1736. Include bed sizes, mattress depth in inches, total number of beds, ship-to state, and your timeline.
Typical response is within one business day. For a same-day response, call before 4:30 PM ET. If your RFQ has a submission deadline, note the required response date and we will work to it.
Can I get samples before committing to a bulk order?
Yes. Samples are available to qualifying commercial accounts on the BedBug Solution™ Elite, BedBug Solution™ Hybrid, and CleanAir® Pillow Protector lines. Include your property or company name, mailing address, and which products you want to evaluate. For large programs we recommend sampling the exact size and depth you intend to standardize on, since fit is the most common reason a protector underperforms in service.
Do you sell to distributors and hospitality supply houses?
Yes. Distributor and wholesale support is core to the business. We provide product specifications, case-pack details, compliance documentation, and order processing support to distribution partners, and Bargoose product is already carried by more than 20 authorized distribution partners nationwide. If you are evaluating carrying the line, contact the commercial team directly.
Do you offer GSA or government pricing?
Yes. Bargoose is a USFCR / SAM verified government vendor and is GSA-eligible. Federal agencies, military installations, VA facilities, and government-funded housing programs can procure through compliant channels. Duty Bunk and institutional sizing is available, and domestic manufacturing options can be quoted where a domestic-source requirement applies. Does Bargoose qualify for supplier diversity spend?

Can you ship to multiple properties instead of one address?
Yes. Drop ship is available, which is the normal arrangement for hotel groups, property management companies, and university systems rolling out across several buildings. Provide the ship-to list with quantities per location and we will quote it as a single program with distributed delivery.
What documentation can you provide for an RFP or brand standard submission?
Bargoose publishes its third-party test documentation openly rather than holding it for request. The Test Reports & Lab Results library includes the Snell Scientifics bed bug evaluation, ASTM F1670-08 fluid barrier testing, 16 CFR 1632 flammability, Oeko-Tex fabric certification, and SGS chemical panels. The patented BugStop® Seal is U.S. Patent No. 8,413,276.

Can you make a size that is not in the catalog?
Yes. Custom cover production is available for non-standard mattress dimensions including bariatric beds, pediatric cribs, specialty rehabilitation surfaces, marine berths, RV and semi-truck sleepers, and custom institutional frames. Send dimensions including depth, and note any compliance requirement such as CFR 1632 flame retardancy, and we will quote the custom run.
