I ordered a queen sized mattress cover and received a twin instead.

I have tried four times in the last four days to reach your customer service to discuss this matter, left messages, but, to my dismay, have not had a single return call. This is unacceptable!

I will now have to consider taking other steps to block payment

Measurements are not accurate! If you decide to get one of these, size up! I measured and it was impossible to get on my mattress and you can't return it once it is open. Learn from my mistake.

As someone trying to control a raging dust mite allergy, I embarked on a wholesale purge of my old mattress, pillows, and linens. I wanted organic cotton mattress and pillow protector, and was so pleased to find Bargoose. The covers are very soft and unobtrusive under my sheets and pillow cases. I have an 11" mattress, so bought the 12" cover, and it fits well with just a little extra; hoping this is enough shrinkage allowance when I wash the cover eventually. Kudos also for the affordability! My daughter was also on a hunt for mattress protectors, and ordered a set based on my recommendation. You should, too!

We ordered several items to protect our sleep from allergies. All products were quality items! We had a trouble with part of our order, but after a call to the company, they graciously made everything right. Great customer service! We have ordered from them in the past and will order again!

Great mattress protector. I purchased a handmade 8" mattress and this Organic Cotton Mattress Encasing fit it perfectly, and makes me feel safer about keeping bed bugs away. I like that it is organic cotton, since I use organic cotton sheets on top of it.

Finally! After spending so much money on mattress covers that promised “cooling” effect and never delivering. This mattress cover is a treasure! I suffer from severe dust mite allergies and have spent the last few years choosing between being hot or sneezing! I highly recommend this product and God bless these folks for making them affordable.

I chose the organic mattress encasing and pillow encasings as I want the most natural product possible, sleep is important. I am sleeping quite well since getting these so the proof is in the pudding, I was having dust mite allergen problems and they disappeared once I used these products. Well made product, the stiffness of the material will adjust after a few nights sleep also. No chemical of gassing is important when you sleep.

Bought queen size for double mattress topper and washed it. No problem to fit on the mattress topper. I took a size up because of reviews it was tight

The mattress encasing was easy to install and I was happy to replace the plastic I had been using. I like knowing that organic cotton is helping to protect my mattress.

I bought this product after finding out that my son had a dust mite allergy. When I got the product, I tried the cover on the mattress and it fit with no problem. However, after washing it just once on delicate and low drying setting, it is now extremely snug and difficult to put on the mattress. Very disappointed with how much this product shrank.

It took some effort to fit the mattress into it. The zipper doesn't look particularly strong, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it'll last

The fabric still smells after washing in unscented detergent and airing out for over a month. Can't figure out how this is organic certified OTEX cotton.

It's a great cover for our new mattress.

Great product, very well made and durable organic fabric. Same exact design as the comforter cover just larger. Be careful about size though, I would honestly go up two sizes to be safe. The 12" just barely fit over my 9" latex mattress. Since latex is so heavy it was a big struggle getting this thing on and if it shrinks I may be out of luck.
