How do you clean these between guests?
Wipe the surface with any standard hotel-approved or hospital-grade disinfectant spray or wipe. The 6-gauge vinyl surface dries quickly and requires no rinse. No machine laundering is needed for routine between-guest cleaning. For periodic deep cleaning, the protectors can be hand-washed or wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Are these sold individually or as pairs?

What is the offset zipper design?
The zipper is positioned approximately 2 inches from the end seam rather than at the very edge of the protector. What is the difference between 6-gauge vinyl and regular vinyl pillow covers?
Gauge refers to the thickness of the vinyl material. Standard consumer vinyl pillow covers are typically 3-gauge or 4-gauge — thinner, lighter, and less durable. Commercial 6-gauge vinyl is significantly heavier and more resistant to tearing, puncturing, and degradation from repeated disinfection. Are these bed bug proof or only bed bug resistant?
Certified bed bug bite proof — independently lab tested. "Bite proof" means the vinyl construction and electronically sealed seams prevent bed bugs inside the pillow from biting guests through the protector material.
