At Bargoose, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Simply put, if you’re not satisfied, neither are we! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Although every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped, if merchandise received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each case will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated to determine the extent to which a no charge replacement is warranted.
For all other product returns, please contact Bargoose Customer service at (516) 255-1736 or at email@example.com within 30 days from receipt of order. Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue. If we cannot correct the problem with your order, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and special return shipping instructions. Items must returned unused and unmodified in any way. Original packaging preferred. Once your items are returned to our warehouse, they will be inspected. If they are able to be returned to stock, you will qualify for a refund of the original purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
An order can be cancelled by calling customer support at (516) 255 – 1736 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders can only be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed. When an order is cancelled, no amount will be charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.
