Warranty covers defects in materials such as zippers as well as defects in workmanship such as seams, seam tape and construction. 

Please note: Our warranty program is only available in the United States. The warranty only applies to products purchased by the original owner, and any items purchased from resellers are excluded from eligibility. 

Return Instructions

If authorized by a Bargoose , please follow the instructions below: 

1. Please call our office at (516) 255-1736 and request a Return Authorization

2. Print out your Return Authorization (RA), as sent by a Customer Care rep.

3 Ship damaged item and RA to the address below. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information and proof of delivery.

4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
