Bargoose® Mattress and Pillow Encasements, Mattress Pads and Bedspreads have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Bargoose Home Textiles, Inc. guarantees that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own your bedding.
What is covered: all seams, zippers, and corners shall remain in their original factory condition.
What is not covered: Stains, tears, punctures, and abrasion due to abuse, pets, spills, soiling, or other outside factors. Losses due to fire, theft, flood or other acts of God are also not covered. Damage resulting from laundering in water greater than 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Vinyl bedding should not be laundered or dried; doing so will void the warranty,
Bargoose® BugStop® Seal mattress, duvet, and pillow encasements are an effective barrier against bed bug migration. Bargoose Home Textiles, Inc. makes no warranty against the infestation of bed bugs.
How to Claim Your Warranty:
At Bargoose®, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Simply put, if you’re not satisfied, neither are we! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Although every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped, if merchandise received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by phone or email us at info@bargoosebedding.com. Each case will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated to determine the extent to which a no charge replacement is warranted.

Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue. If we cannot correct the problem with your order, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and special return shipping instructions. Items must be returned unused and unmodified in any way. Original packaging preferred. Once your items are returned to our warehouse, they will be inspected. If they are able to be returned to stock, you will qualify for a refund of the original purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.
Cancellation Policy
An order can be canceled by calling customer support at (516) 255 – 1736 or via email at orders@bargoosebedding.com. Orders can only be canceled if the order has not yet been processed. When an order is canceled, no amount will be charged to the payment method submitted and the authorization will be voided.
