Cotton, with no coating at all
The cotton line exists for people who cannot sleep on a laminated cover. No membrane, no coating, no crinkle. The barrier comes entirely from weave density, which is an older approach and a quieter one.
Measured mean flow pore diameter on the cotton fabric is 4.59 microns. It is machine washable, and dimensional stability was tested to ISO 6330 at 40°C with a low tumble: shrinkage of 0.6 percent lengthwise and 2.1 percent widthwise, color change grade 4 to 5, negligible pilling.
